Had an overall excellent experience working with this company. Booked my Chamberlain garage door lift installation via Lowes, received a call from this company two days later to schedule the install. The lady I spoke to was polite and asked for details around structure and height for garage door and ceiling and gave a clear idea that additional parts might be required given that the ceiling is higher than usual. I ran into a prospective issue of power outage on the planned install day, but Chris (I guess he is the owner of this nice establishment) confirmed that they have backup power sources in their trucks which they can use to get the lift programmed in case of power outage (didn’t have to use that, but it was definitely a nice touch). The two guys who came in to install and polite and professional, got the installation done pretty quickly and explained to me the working in detail post install. Overall, great experience with these guys and will definitely use them again in the future if need be.
