Arturo was excellent, efficient, and helped us to know our new TV.

He was courteous and helpful. Got right to work and helped me take the old brackets off the wall. Explained what he needed from me in terms of space and asked good questions to ensure I was satisfied with placement. I know the TV is slightly off center on the wall due to the nearest stud. Totally fine, as we can’t move studs! Unfortunately, no matter the measuring he did at the start, it’s not level. The TV is mounted about 2” higher on the right, so something didn’t quite work out.

Very professional. Didn’t waste any time and was able to get my TV up and running. Even helped with the sound bar.
