Derrick did a perfect job despite the useless information provided by Handy. In my request for service I made requirements clear. They were never given to Derrick. Fortunately, he figured out how to do what was needed. I will gladly hire Derrick’s services again but will NEVER use Handy again. They provided useless instructions, the wrong time of the appointment and hugely overcharged me. I paid for 3 hours when the job took one. When I called to clarify everything, I was sent to the Philippines where the call center was uninformed and useless.

Derrick was amazing. He was on time very professional and went above and beyond to complete my light install. I would recommend him for any job you have !!!
