Isaiah was courteous and early for our appointment. He asked if he should take his shoes off, which I appreciated since we take our shoes off in our house. He explained what he was doing as I was curious about how to mount the tv. I would hire him again if I need to!

Isaiah did a good job mounting my two TVs. He was thorough to ask me how I wanted my TVs centered. He brought all tools necessary and completed the job within an hour. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because he changed the time of my initial appointment assuming that the changed time would work with my schedule. However, he did show up on time on the rescheduled day.

I would like Isaiah to come back again when Costco must have replaced the bad TV with another one.
