Jacob was professional and civilized and did all the jobs quickly.

Jacob was unable to complete our thermostat installation; our setup is not typical and he didn’t have the right expertise. Rather than struggle or pretend or try to force it to work, Jacob very forthrightly said he wasn’t the right tech for our job and called Handy/Angi himself to recommend they send someone else to do the project. I greatly appreciated the honesty, and that he proactively got the ball rolling on finding us our replacement.
