He did a great job! He helped me with setting up the tv after it was mounted.

Maxwell was great. He was patient as we found that my TV was severely damaged once it was mounted and the cardboard cover was removed. I was extremely frustrated. While I was on the phone with customer service he took the TV (with my assistance), took the brackets off and pushed the damaged TV to the side. I am hopeful that he will be available to help mount my TV when the new one arrives.

He worked on this project for 4 hours. We are so thankful for his help.
