Our installer did a great job even though it was much more difficult than expected.

He came, early, realized he needed parts, went to get tubing and clamps to fix. There were w couple spots still with leaks, that I overlooked but he did fix everything satisfactory that I pointed out. May have to come out again at some point. Doesn’t speak great English, so gotta be a little patient.

Otgon did an excellent job figuring the weird support pieces in our wall to ensure our TV would be mounted securely. He then helped us fish 3 HDMI cords through our wall and connect to the TV once it was mounted. After setting it up we decided we wanted it to sit a little higher. He then took the TV down and readjusted the positioning. Otgon was knowledgeable and patient. We would totally hire him again.

Otgon came and got a quick understanding of my issue. Fixed the external faucet. Then explained the materials purchased to support the repair. We took it slow because of the language barrier but we both understood at the end. He was patient with me until I got it. Great job Otgon.
