I would like to write a review just for the pro to see. I had asked her to focus on the bathrooms and clean all surfaces. There was dust everywhere (no surface was actually wiped) and only the floors were cleaned in the bathroom (she hadn’t touched the bathtub or surfaces as I had asked her to). She arrived 20 min late and left 30 min early, which I normally don’t care about but when the job was not done right (she only did the floors and the kitchen - and barely tied the floors in the downstairs bathroom) then I find it upsetting she didn’t spend the full four hours there. I clocked four stars by mistake. Wanted to give three.

Oumou was on time, super nice and pleasant! She was incredibly efficient and made my space feel like home again. I would definitely like to work with her again!
