Was creative in coming up with a solution

Sergey did an excellent job of mounting my 77 inch Tv. He was on time. He was very professional and courteous and took care of everything. He asked some questions to figure out where I wanted to the Tv bottom and edges to start and end. He and his assistant installed the TV very quickly within less than half of the allotted time. I also needed help with something else and he was able to help me with that. Overall, It was a great experience.
