I take great pride in making a property as clean and welcoming as possible. I routinely polish any glass fixtures, chrome faucets (for example), lamps, etc. I fold linens uniformly so that they are presented in tedious order. I pay attention to baseboards, especially in bathrooms and well-lit areas so that they do not gather dust or grime. I also clean out appliances as needed.
