Thomas showed up on time and put together my file cart and exercise pedals in no time at all. The exercise pedals were somewhat broken but it was outside the return window so he was able to get them together anyway. He was very friendly and pleasant. He even tried to help with a TV remote issue I was having which was outside the scope of the assignment. I wouldn’t hesitate to have him in my home again for another appointment.
